Vyberte si&#8230; :-)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eMo\u017en\u00e1 v\u00e1m to bude zn\u00edt zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u011b, kdy\u017e \u0159eknu, \u017ee <strong>v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed si p\u0159id\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1 starosti a negativn\u00ed emoce sama. <\/strong>Je na ka\u017ed\u00e9m z n\u00e1s, jakou si zvol\u00edme cestu. N\u011bkdo je chronicky ne\u0161\u0165astn\u00fd, po\u0159\u00e1d si na n\u011bco st\u011b\u017euje, m\u00e1 probl\u00e9my se vztahy a trp\u00ed na v\u0161echny nemoce sv\u011bta. Druh\u00fd m\u00e1 \u00fasm\u011bv od ucha k uchu, je vd\u011b\u010dn\u00fd za v\u0161echno, m\u00e1 r\u00e1d lidi kolem sebe a do\u017eije se dlouh\u00e9ho v\u011bku. Jak je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee lid\u00e9 jsou tak odli\u0161n\u00ed? Odpov\u011b\u010f je jednoduch\u00e1. Br\u00e1t prost\u011b v\u011bci tak, jak p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed a \u0159e\u0161it je, a\u017e nastanou.<br> 4. <strong>Ka\u017ed\u00fd den si ud\u011blejte radost<\/strong>: Dop\u0159ejte si dlouhou horkou sprchu; zajd\u011bte si do parfumerie a vyzkou\u0161ejte si nov\u00e9 sv\u011b\u017e\u00ed v\u016fn\u011b; vsta\u0148te v sobotu d\u0159\u00edv a zapn\u011bte d\u011btsk\u00fd program s obl\u00edbenou poh\u00e1dkou z d\u011btstv\u00ed; ud\u011blejte dobr\u00fd skutek (pomozte \u017een\u011b s ko\u010d\u00e1rkem do tramvaje, zapojte se do<br> dobro\u010dinn\u00e9ho bazaru\/darov\u00e1n\u00ed potravin); uva\u0159te si n\u011bco speci\u00e1ln\u00edho; zatancujte si na obl\u00edbenou muziku; najd\u011bte si sv\u016fj ka\u017edodenn\u00ed <strong>ritu\u00e1l \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed<\/strong>: vypijte si svou rann\u00ed k\u00e1vu beze sp\u011bchu a v\u017edy s novou p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed; ka\u017ed\u00fd ve\u010der si zapalte vo\u0148avou sv\u00ed\u010dku; ka\u017ed\u00fd den se nau\u010dte n\u011bco nov\u00e9ho;  dejte si za \u00fakol ka\u017ed\u00fd den n\u011bkoho rozesm\u00e1t.<br> 5. <strong>Bu\u010fte v\u0161\u00edmav\u00ed k dobr\u00fdm v\u011bcem ve va\u0161em \u017eivot\u011b<\/strong>: Na v\u0161em se d\u00e1 naj\u00edt n\u011bco dobr\u00e9ho, i na tom, \u017ee v\u00e1m r\u00e1no ujel autobus p\u0159ed nosem.<br> 6. <strong>Bu\u010fte vd\u011b\u010dni za to, co m\u00e1te<\/strong>: Zdrav\u00ed, bl\u00edzk\u00e9, pr\u00e1ci (to nen\u00ed samoz\u0159ejmost)<br> 7. <strong>Nesrovn\u00e1vejte se s ostatn\u00edmi<\/strong>: Neztr\u00e1cejte \u010das p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00edm o tom, v \u010dem v\u0161em maj\u00ed ostatn\u00ed lep\u0161\u00ed \u017eivot ne\u017e vy. Zam\u011b\u0159te se na sebe a sv\u016fj vlastn\u00ed rozvoj.<br> 8. <strong>Objevte v sob\u011b tvo\u0159ivou s\u00edlu<\/strong>: Pi\u0161te, malujte, sochejte, hrajte na hudebn\u00ed n\u00e1stroje, skl\u00e1dejte p\u00edsn\u011b.
