Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek je sp\u00ed\u0161e pojedn\u00e1n\u00edm o pozad\u00ed (nikoli m\u00e9m, ale samotn\u00e9ho hubnut\u00ed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pom\u00edj\u00edm lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee a nezhubnou, i kdyby se na hlavu postavili, a\u010dkoli nadv\u00e1ha\/obezita m\u00e1 na n\u011b obrovsk\u00e9 negativn\u00ed dopady zn\u00e1sobuj\u00edc\u00ed dosavadn\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee. M\u00e1m na mysli ty lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed cht\u011bj\u00ed zhubnout, ale stejn\u011b si to sousto p\u0159ed p\u016flnoc\u00ed neodpust\u00ed. <strong>V\u017edy\u0165 ten b\u016f\u010dek v marin\u00e1d\u011b je v&nbsp;t\u00e9 lednici tak s\u00e1m, samotink\u00fd, \u017ee se prost\u011b mus\u00edme toho b\u00edl\u00e9ho sexu na n\u011bm dopustit. <\/strong>Z&nbsp;p\u016flky prasete, kterou spo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1me spolu s Johnnie Walkerem, m\u00e1me u\u017eitek n\u011bkolik des\u00edtek minut, ale z&nbsp;optim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00e1hy m\u00e1me u\u017eitek cel\u00fd \u017eivot (a prase si taky m\u016f\u017eeme dop\u0159\u00e1t).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159izn\u00e1v\u00e1m, \u017ee kdy\u017e snoubenka jako d\u016fvod sv\u00e9ho odchodu uvedla \u201eJsi tlust\u00e9 praxe!\u201c a zru\u0161ila z\u00e1snuby, svatbu a&nbsp;zmizela z&nbsp;m\u00e9ho \u017eivota, tak prvn\u00edch 7 kg ode\u0161lo b\u011bhem t\u00fddne \u201esamo\u201c. J\u00e1 prost\u011b p\u0159estal j\u00edst. V\u0161echno. \u00dapln\u011b. T\u00fdden jsem nepoz\u0159el jedin\u00e9 sousto, a p\u0159esto jsem nem\u011bl hlad. \u201eGastronomick\u00e9 perpetum mobile,\u201c napadlo m\u011b. A pak ubyly i dal\u0161\u00ed kilogramy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pil jsem jen vodu a k\u00e1vu, k\u00e1vu a&nbsp;vodu, po\u0159\u00e1d dokola. Ale nejedl jsem. T\u00edm nechci \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee m\u00e1te p\u0159estat j\u00edst \ud83d\ude00 a\u010dkoli n\u011bkter\u00fdm by to pomohlo! T\u00edm chci \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee pro m\u011b to nastartov\u00e1n\u00ed procesu hubnut\u00ed bylo psychick\u00e9ho r\u00e1zu. No, a kdy\u017e jsem vid\u011bl, \u017ee jsem zhubnul \u201ejen tak\u201c 7 kg za t\u00fdden a sv\u011bt je leh\u010d\u00ed, dopnu sako a p\u0159es krk zapnu u\u017e i&nbsp;knofl\u00edk ko\u0161ile, tak jsem za\u010dal hubnout kontrolovan\u011b a pod dohledem V\u011bry Schmid. Chodil jsem pravideln\u011b na InBody, dodr\u017eoval n\u011bkolik jednoduch\u00fdch rad a t\u011b\u0161il se na dal\u0161\u00ed a&nbsp;ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdsledky:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/radim.martynek.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/obrazek.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/radim.martynek.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/obrazek.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-954\" width=\"610\" height=\"314\" srcset=\"https:\/\/radim.martynek.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/obrazek.png 494w, https:\/\/radim.martynek.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/obrazek-300x154.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 610px) 100vw, 610px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eKe zdrav\u00e9mu \u017eivotn\u00edmu stylu se mus\u00edme prop\u00edt a proj\u00edst,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.one2onediet.cz\/poradci\/vera-schmid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">V\u011bra Schmid<\/a>. \u201eHlavn\u00ed chybou je p\u0159estat j\u00edst nebo sni\u017eovat \u010detnost j\u00eddla b\u011bhem dne v domn\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee zhubnete. Naopak je nutn\u00e9 se zam\u011b\u0159it na dostate\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem kvalitn\u00edch b\u00edlkovin a vl\u00e1kniny, a hlavn\u011b m\u00edt dostate\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem vody. Ani bez pohybu to nep\u016fjde. Naopak: v\u00fddej energie a \u00faprava stravov\u00e1n\u00ed pom\u016f\u017ee zastavit p\u0159ib\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed. V\u011bt\u0161inou sta\u010d\u00ed jen lehce zmen\u0161it porce, j\u00edst pravideln\u011b, zajistit spr\u00e1vn\u00fd pitn\u00fd re\u017eim, dop\u0159\u00e1t si kvalitn\u00ed potraviny a dostatek \u010dasu na to si p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 j\u00eddlo vychutnat.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Krom\u011b po\u010dtu porc\u00ed je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd tak\u00e9 \u010dasov\u00fd odstup mezi j\u00eddly. Jezte&nbsp;<strong>pravideln\u011b po 2\u20134 hodin\u00e1ch,<\/strong> aby m\u011blo t\u011blo dostatek \u010dasu j\u00eddlo str\u00e1vit a z\u00e1rove\u0148 nedoch\u00e1zelo k hladov\u011bn\u00ed. <\/em><em>Prost\u011b pravideln\u011b p\u00edt, j\u00edst a h\u00fdbat se a v\u00fdsledek je zaru\u010den <\/em><em>\ud83d\ude0a<\/em><em> V chladn\u00e9m po\u010das\u00ed je pitn\u00fd re\u017eim trochu slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Jako hlavn\u00ed se nab\u00edz\u00ed <strong>tepl\u00fd \u010daj.<\/strong> Obl\u00edben\u00e9 v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1poje jako <strong>sva\u0159\u00e1k nebo grog<\/strong> a dal\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1poje obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed alkohol <strong>zvy\u0161uj\u00ed ztr\u00e1tu tekutin<\/strong> a t\u00edm i miner\u00e1l\u016f. Nedostatek spr\u00e1vn\u00fdch tekutin tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt jedn\u00edm z hlavn\u00edch faktor\u016f, kter\u00e9 po V\u00e1noc\u00edch zah\u00fdbaj\u00ed s ru\u010di\u010dkou na v\u00e1ze. V&nbsp;tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee <strong>hlad je p\u0159evle\u010den\u00e1 \u017e\u00edze\u0148:<\/strong> \u010d\u00edm m\u00e9n\u011b pijeme, t\u00edm v\u00edce m\u00e1me chu\u0165 na n\u011bco na zub, proto\u017ee t\u011blo bez vody vys\u00edl\u00e1 sign\u00e1ly hladu.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Nastolme rovnov\u00e1hu mezi p\u0159\u00edjmem a v\u00fddejem \u2013 a\u0165 je to voda nebo j\u00eddlo. Voda odch\u00e1z\u00ed z na\u0161eho t\u011bla b\u011bhem dne nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u011b! Pouh\u00e9 \u017eit\u00ed a d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed v prost\u0159ed\u00ed s b\u011b\u017enou teplotou n\u00e1s stoj\u00ed kolem 2,5 l denn\u011b.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Z\u00e1sady zdrav\u00e9ho&nbsp;stravov\u00e1n\u00ed: <\/em><\/strong><em>Rozjezte se! P\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lejte, co budete j\u00edst druh\u00fd den, aneb vyberte si ze spousty <strong>spr\u00e1vn\u00fdch<\/strong>&nbsp;potravin. Nep\u0159ej\u00eddejte se. Omezte v\u00edkendov\u00e9 party se sklenkou alkoholu. Jezte v klidu. Dostatek sp\u00e1nku. Nevynech\u00e1vejte sn\u00eddani \u2013 je nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm j\u00eddlem dne.<\/em><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>\u017divot si mus\u00edme pro\u017e\u00edt, a ne ho p\u0159e\u017e\u00edt\u2026 V\u0161e je o rovnov\u00e1ze,\u201c<\/strong> uzav\u00edr\u00e1 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.one2onediet.cz\/poradci\/vera-schmid\">V\u011bra Schmid<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159estalo mi chutnat sladk\u00e9, schody do 5. patra jsem vyb\u011bhl bez zad\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed, na spoustu m\u00edst, kam jsem jezd\u00edval autem, jsem za\u010dal chodit p\u011b\u0161ky, ne\u017eeru tolik a z\u00e1kusky jsem nahradil zeleninou (takov\u00e1 syrov\u00e1 mrkev se sklenkou b\u00edl\u00e9ho nebo spa\u0159en\u00e1 brokolice s\u00a0dvojkou portsk\u00e9ho nen\u00ed od v\u011bci :-) Kdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk nastartuje tento \u201espalovac\u00ed\u201c re\u017eim, tak drobn\u00e1 \u201edietn\u00ed pochyben\u00ed\u201c nejsou \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd probl\u00e9m. T\u011blo funguje d\u00e1l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A nemalou radost jsem m\u011bl taky z&nbsp;\u00fabytk\u016f centimetr\u016f po obvodu na r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech t\u011bla. To je zp\u016fsobeno n\u00e1r\u016fstem svalov\u00e9 hmoty. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce sval\u016f m\u00e1te, t\u00edm v\u00edce t\u011blo pot\u0159ebuje energie, t\u00edm v\u00edce ji p\u0159etv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed z&nbsp;tuk\u016f.
